Mobility promotes a healthy aging lifestyle as it prepares our bodies for the daily activities. We encourage clients to follow the prescribed body movements assigned by their doctors. Mobility will allow you to increase your range of motion and may help prevent injuries or falls. It is important to make use of neighborhood facilities, participate in social, cultural and physical activities for our wellbeing.
